ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR COMMUNICATION SHELTERS This warranty shall be in effect for one (1) year from the date of original sale, (Delivery Date). ARCTIC RELOCATABLE STRUCTURES INC. will provide the service to repair or replace any component which upon inspection by Arctic Relocatable Structures Inc., is deemed to be defective under normal use and service. All transportation costs under warranty are to be at the expense of the buyer. WARRANTY SCHEDULE 100% Coverage on parts and labour to include but not limited to the following: Pre Engineered Butler Building Systems Door and Hardware Electrical Systems Flooring Wall and Ceiling Products Air Conditioning Alarm Systems EXCLUSIONS: Used or refurbished products resold to the buyer. This warranty shall not apply to misused or mishandled equipment. Damage in transit shall be the responsibility of the buyer or the shipper.
